免疫檢查點分子逐漸被認為是腫瘤免疫治療的新靶標，它通常被腫瘤細胞“劫持”，以束縛免疫系統(tǒng)發(fā)揮有效的抗腫瘤反應的能力。免疫檢查點阻斷（Immune Checkpoint Blockade）是激活抗腫瘤免疫的有希望的方法。細胞毒性T淋巴細胞相關抗原4（CTLA-4）和程序性細胞死亡受體1（PD-1）是目前研究的透徹的免疫檢查點分子，anti-CTLA4和anti-PD1單克隆藥物已經(jīng)在多種惡性腫瘤的臨床試驗中展現(xiàn)出不錯的療效。

案例展示

OX40 / CD134是腫瘤壞死因子（TNF）受體家族的成員。它是一種有效的共刺激途徑的一部分，當被觸發(fā)時可以在幾種臨床前癌癥模型以及人類中增強T細胞記憶，增殖和抗腫瘤活性，從而克服癌癥的一些免疫抑制性質。

OX40 / CD134 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family. It is part of a potent co-stimulatory pathway that when triggered can enhance T-cell memory, proliferation and antitumor activity in several preclinical cancer models as well as in humans thus overcoming some of the immunosuppressive properties of cancer.

OX40-HEK293 cells were stained with FITC-labeled anti-OX40 antibody and analyzed by FACS.

Y-axis shows the cell count. X-axis shows the intensity of FITC fluorescence.
